Code of Conduct

0

Our Code of Conduct is very simple. Keeping these things in mind...

Mark 12:30-31 - 30And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

Leviticus 19:18 - 18You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.

Exodus 20:7 - 7“You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain.

James 1:19-21 - 19Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; 20for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. 21Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

Philippians 4:8-9 - 8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. 9What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Zechariah 7:9-10 - 9“Thus says the Lord of hosts, Render true judgments, show kindness and mercy to one another, 10do not oppress the widow, the fatherless, the sojourner, or the poor, and let none of you devise evil against another in your heart.”

1 Peter 3:8-12 - 8Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. 9Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing. 10For “Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit; 11let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it. 12For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”

... So again, keeping these things in mind...

1.) Treat EVERYONE with Respect, and do not talk bad about other players. If you have an issue with someone, bring it to leadership.

2.) No Swearing. This means not taking the Lord's name in vain, as well as not using "cultural" swear words. KEEP THE LANGUAGE CLEAN.

3.) Employ, Good. Clean. Fun. Refrain from hyper competitiveness and tongue lashing other players. Be slow to anger, and put away all the filthy talk, innuendo, and other filth of the world. We are here to have Good. Clean. Fun. If you are here, you are a Christian adult so behave like one please.
